Men’s Intensive Outpatient (men’s group) – This program is a highly structured program for men. This program is an alternative approach to inpatient or traditional outpatient programs. 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Women’s Intensive Outpatient (women’s group)– This program is a highly structured program for women. This program is an alternative approach to inpatient or traditional outpatient programs. 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Safe Harbor– This program is for clients who have severe cognitive/learning difficulties; and/ or brain injuries. 1 hour, 5 days a week.
Dual Focus-This program is for individuals with substance abuse and mental illness. 1.5 hours, 3 days a week.
Life Matters-This program is for individuals with milder forms of cognitive/learning difficulties; mental retardation and developmental difficulties, and/or brain injuries. 1 hour, 3 days a week.
Seeking Our Safety- This program is designed for individuals with substance abuse and trauma issues. Separate men’s & women’s group. 2 hours, 3 days a week.
Evening Treatment-This program is geared towards the employed individual; often with a DWI/DWAI and may be their first time in treatment. 1 hour, 2 days a week.
Young Adult Adolescent Group- This program is geared for individuals from age of 12-18 who are dealing with adolescent substance abuse issues. 1 hour, 2 days a week.
Addictive and Criminal Thinking– This group is designed to assist individuals in identifying irrational belief systems and to promote positive thinking patterns. Weekly
Anger Management-This program is incorporated into treatment plans and will assist in developing alternate coping skills. 1 hour, as scheduled.
Education-This program is for clients who are in need of basic education about substance abuse issues. 1 hour, 1 day a week.
Relapse Prevention- This program is for clients who completed other phases of treatment but are struggling with relapse issues. 1 hour, as scheduled.
Individual Counseling- Individual sessions are incorporated in all the treatment programs. At times, an individual may not be appropriate for a group program and will be recommended for individual counseling only. This can be on a weekly basis for one hour.
Aftercare– This program is designed for individuals who are stable in their recovery and are interested in further support at Harbor Lights. This is offered weekly or bi-weekly.
Medical- On site physicals, periodic health reviews with medical staff, & referrals for further medical treatment if necessary.
